Job Role :
- Manpower budgeting and process implementation.
- Excellent Leadership, team building and organisational skills.
- Raised & mentoring high-performance teams from the initial stage of the organization development.
- Leading team size of PPC, Manufacturing, Quality, product development, Logistics and supply chain, Finance, HR and admin for entire 2 units business.
- Ability to work with people of diverse nationalities and travelled extensively throughout the world while working on assignments at both local and international locations.
- Annual Business Plan : Preparation, communication, review, tracking & delivery of ABP targets.
- Cost Engineering : Preparing and tracking the annual budget. Identifying & driving the cost reduction initiatives to achieve overall conversion cost targets as per ABP.
- Alternate sourcing and parts development for cost effective procurement of spares and consumables.
- Team Building & Employee Engagement : Optimizing organization structure for improved productivity indicator, defining job descriptions, recruitment, Role Clarity, KRA settings and training programmes for the team to develop a competent, engaged and committed team.
- Systems Building & Deployment : Phase wise deployment and continuous improvements in production & maintenance systems to achieve operational efficiencies as per ABP.
- Lean Manufacturing : Continuous thrust on identifying & reducing non value adding assets (inventories & dead assets) across the organization.
- Mapping of the Plant supply chain layout to reduce set up time, inventory levels and to build flexibility.
- Directing & controlling all activities pertaining to Production, Planning, Procurement, quality, maintenance and entire plant operation.
- Development/implementation of policies & procedures; spearheading manufacturing facilities / expansion initiatives in coordination with management to meet out the Customer requirement.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate & government clients, OEMs & consultants, enhancing customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
