Hetero Drugs - Manager - PPIC (7-12 yrs)
- Preparation of an optimum plan for deliverables of the site as per sales requirement.
- Preparation of Rolling Production Plan
- Conducting monthly PPIC meeting to over-view the progress on Plan Vs Actual
- Ensuring RM availability as per prod plan and deliveries as per dispatch plan
- Taking action against Slow Moving & Non moving items on regular interval
- Heading PPIC department at plant level
- Co-ordinating MKT, SCM, Production, QC, QA, Logistics and other related Teams for smooth deliveries
- Close monitoring on Yields & Batch Cycle Times
- To ensure optimum utilization of resources & minimum inventory
- To act as coordinator for the site for sharing & preparing any data or report for strategic planning purposes
- To involve in evaluating potential Vendors for all types of RMs
- Tracking MKT samples/Vendor samples status
