Highway Design Engineer (5-14 yrs)
Minimum Qualification:
- M Tech in Transportation Engg /Highway Engineering with exp in the Design of Roads, Streets, Highways, and motorways using ORD software and Civil 3D software
- Should have worked for international projects on the GDC platform
- Should have previously worked on UK/US projects /NA -Canada/ME/ANZ regional projects using different codal standards and guidelines
- Software proficiency in ORD/ Civil 3D is a must
- Design co-ordination, mentoring juniors in Design and Design software applications
- Ability to learn and challenge the deigns, understanding Technical subjects and propose alternatives as per site requirements,
- BIM and CDE awareness and working in a collaborative environment involving multi-technical teams, leading BIM levels of Design and co-ordination
- Communications skills, ability to explain and ask questions, co-ordinate teams for projects success
- Quality process, procedures, implementation for delivery of projects
- Training, mentoring, guiding the engineers for technical skills and delivery of projects-schemes through collaboration
