Hilti - Production Supervisor (2-5 yrs)
Description :
- Managing the manpower (operators and contract workers, atleast 30), assigning the jobs to ensure smooth operation during his shift.
- Adherence to the production schedule given by Manager and same time ensuring optimal output in shift.
- Check production output according to specifications/ norms and also do data entry for OEE of the decided critical machine from RO.
- Responsible for the smooth running of the SHIFT production and also make sure that daily semi-finished WIP/FG to transfer smoothly by doing required ERP entry as per the define time.
- Coordinate with maintenance dept. to attend / rectify breakdowns in his shift.
- Coordination with stores to issue material / consumables as per production requirements.
- Strict adherences to quality standards for in process and finished goods.
- Plans and implements training for the operators.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, procedures and PPEs during his shift.
- Motivates operators and contract workers to achieve and sustain production targets.
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace every shift.
- Should have handled LTI & First Aid cases.
- Preferable exposure in EHS, SAP, ISO 9001, TQM, TPM, 5S.
