Job Responsibility:
- Should have knowledge of SAP system.
- Purchase order creation, amendment, database management.
- Arranging of transporter, loading & tracking of material.
- Vendor registration and management.
- Handling orders related queries of vendor.
- Being responsible for inventory and timely availability of materials.
- Preparing and maintain all kinds of tracker required for operations work.
- Processing Invoices along with supporting documents.
- Follow compliance and safety rules.
- Coordination with other dept.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi and any other language.
