3. Basic knowledge of drawing (AUTO CAD).
4. Must have good MS excel & PowerPoint presentation skills.
5. Excellent communication skills and efficient spokesperson.
Job Responsibility:
1. Handling complete sales activities, RFQ (Quotation Request), Meeting Negotiations etc.
2. Able to perform as a team and achieve assign team targets.
3. Ability to work as a team & motivate team member.
4. Should have sound market knowledge including developers and architects/consultants in the given territory.
5. Develop contacts and establish relationship with all decision makers in the customers office.
6. Ensure the Generation of enquiries.
7. Regular meeting with new clients/architect/consultant.
8. Ensure the preparation of offers and other sales documents.
9. Ensure the preparation of reports as per requirements.
10. Involve in Pre & Post sales activities.
11. Securing order and handling post order management.
12. Ensure to complete all the work given by reporting manager.
