JD:
- Consult with architects & contractors regarding specifications, work plan and Quality construction
- To mobilize Men, Machinery and Materials
- Construction & supervision of all civil and structural jobs
- Quality control, ensuring that materials are received in accordance with the quantity & quality parameters
- Conducting site review meetings at regular intervals to achieve preconceived time and financial ideas
- Planning of time & resources, updating actual progress, analyzing variance, and taking steps to mitigate the same
- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters with effective resource utilization to maximize the output
- Participating in review meetings for evaluating progress, providing technical inputs
- Checking of monthly bills raised by subcontractors and analyzing extra claims & deviations. Processing of final bill and closure of contract
- Managing all site execution activities in accordance with BOQ with higher standards of quality construction & supervision of all civil and structural jobs
