HVAC Design Engineer (5-10 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Design the HVAC system based on Heat load calculation
- Selection of HVAC products based on customer requirements, selection of right compressor
- Design & Estimate the quantities and specifications of various components like Cooling Tower, Chiller, Pump, CHW Pipes, Valves, indoor and outdoor units, drain pipes, grilles, diffusers, dampers, cables etc.
- Prepare the cost estimate for the BOM / BOQ
- Preparation of technical documents and testing specifications for performance validation and operation
- Design of ducting and piping
- Discussion and finalisation of design with the client
