Job description
Responsible for design, installation, commissioning, validation & documentation of HVAC system for API Synthesis, API Sterile, FDF Injectable and warehouse, QA/QC & Admin. Area Cleanliness class 100, 1000, 10000 & 100000. & comfort non classified
Cooling load estimation, BOQ specification, tender preparation, cost & technical bid analysis.
Preparation of airflow diagram, ducting layouts, BMS system specification, logic writeup and I/O summary.
Execution of pharma projects from conceptualisation to installation and commissioning. Familiarity with international best practise standards and regulation like FDA, cGMP is must.
To co-ordinate the HVAC & mechanical works of various contractors / sub contractors and to ensure that materials, equipments and work executed as per prescribed specification and standard work orders / agreements issued to the contractors.
Ensure release of as-built drawings as per changes made at site before leaving the site.
To prepare / check DQ / IQ / OQ and PQ to ensure all work done as per design specification / standard & incorporate the changes made if any during execution of work.
Pharma industry preferred.
