HVAC Engineer (2-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Design and construction cost estimates based on industry standards.
- Shall be capable of doing heat loads manually and in HAP, preparation of HVAC DBRs, Schemes, Comparative Statements of various systems / solutions.
- HVAC System Design, Ducting Design, Piping Design, VRF System Design, Auto Cad HVAC Layouts, etc.
- Shall be able to attend the design meetings with client, architect and other services consultants. Shall make the site visits and generate HVAC Quality Reports.
- Shall be able to resolve site related issues in HVAC and coordination issues.
- Shall be able to handle HVAC fit out projects independently.
- Shall have excellent communication skills and presentation skills to attend the meetings with client, architect and other service consultants very effectively.
- Attaining drawing related queries of clients and pitch creative techniques.
- Review specifications, and drawings, to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate.
- Product wise BOQ Estimation in detail & tentative as required by Marketing Head or Client.
- Working & Implementing on wastage & accessories consumption optimization techniques for required drawings.
Qualification: -
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years experience.
- Ability and experience in handling Design team.
- Good Hands on AutoCAD, MS Office like software's.
- Shall have excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
- Shall have experience in HVAC Consultancy firm.
- Shall be well versed with ASHRAE.
- Shall have experience in commercial, residential, datacentre and infrastructure projects from different geographies.
