HVAC ENgineer (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
1. BE Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. 3 to 4 yrs experience in handling MEP projects for F&B Retail-Kitchen, Residential, Corporate interiors
3. Detail Knowledge of Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing Design for Restaurant Kitchen Design,
4. Heat load calculations
5. Exhaust and Fresh air design calculations
6. Team management and setting up process to ensure timely deliverables for Drawings
7. Client Management and coordination for projects.
8. Coordination with design team
9. Knowledge of Working drawing & Detailing for Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC design.
10. Preparation of BOQ's
11. Evaluating and Validating all MEP drawings
12. Value engineering in MEP design as per clients requirements
