Job Description :-
- Executing MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing) for various commercial, residential and industrial projects (end to end responsibility) with specialization in PHE/FF
- Total execution of projects, independent responsibility
- Visiting site to get the complete idea of the project
- Coordinating with clients to get complete details for the project
- Interacting with contractors, project management team, clients, supervisors and sub-contractors.
- Updating top management about progress of projects
- Working knowledge designing the plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, layout for the given project and coordination with electrical design
- Implementing of manpower plans
- Preparing of the detail BOQ as per the drawings and client requirement
- Preparing of the project cost
- Taking feedback from site engineers and subcontractors
- Following up with architects, consultants and PMC in case of any technical issues clarification
- Material management - stores and Inventory control
- Coordinating with customers and contractors for completion of projects
- Coordinating at backend regarding design, accounts and billing 15 Leading a team of Project Incharges and setting goals and targets and arranging resources to them to accomplish the same
- Guiding the project planning engineer to ensure achievement of milestones and completion of project profitably and on time
- Achieving the overall project effectiveness for timely completion and with desirable quality and safety standards
- Controlling inventory, working capital and out-standings
- Being responsible for quality work at project sites
- Working knowledge on the technical front
- IMS compliance
- Guiding engineers / subordinates and grooming them on technical issues
- Creating a Kaizen culture amongst team members
