HVAC Technician (0-3 yrs)
1. Report for duty in time and take over from your shift reliever.
2. Check your premises and equipment to be neat and clean.
3. Check the A.C. plant (chiller, cooling tower, expansion tank, chiller pump, condenser pump, fresh air fan, exhaust air fan and AHU & FCU system thoroughly & fill up the daily checklist.
4. Maintain the A.C. logbook on an hourly basis after starting of the plant.
5. Switch on & off the common area air-handling units as per schedule.
6. Receive the complaint regarding air-conditioning, attend to the job & give feedback to BMS office.
7. Take care of HVAC Power consumption.
8. Preventive maintenance for air handling unit, fan coil unit, and fresh air fan & exhaust air fan (checking of belt alignment, abnormal sound in motor, motorized valve working in auto /manual mode, drain line leakage, thermostat settings, y strainer filter & air filter cleaning) to be done after every seven days & maintain record.
9. Check for any abnormality in the system and inform the shift engineer and rectify.
10. Coordination with the project people (in day-to-day installation work) and will be active part of the snagging of the HVAC equipment.
11. Will inform immediately for any abnormalities in the system and if the same is not informed and escalated during his shift strict actions will be taken against him.
