Job Description-
We are looking for Business Head who not just understands and document what the users want, but who sees the big picture of the Healthcare Procurement Eco system, Identify the inefficiencies and frame the optimizations that can be done, Spec out the Technology backbone to support it and evangelize User Adoption
Responsibilities:
- Developing and understanding new business models to be incorporated for improving the business.
- Identifying the target segments and create customized products according to client needs.
- Models for improving the sales - understanding the market share and identifying potential areas to grow and initiate business tie-ups.
- Understanding of brand positioning and initiate strategic marketing activities accordingly.
- Working on GMV's to understand the potential to make profit and focusing on margins - ramping up of revenue.
- Understanding the cost structures in retail sales and make strategic decisions on selecting the suppliers and sales mode to earn maximum profit.
- Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
Candidate profile :
- You should have a strategic visionary - to build a business model.
- It will be great if you have experience the following domains : Healthcare, Supply Chain, Logistics, GPO domains / Fintech.
- MBA from Premier School with post qualification experience of minimum five years.
