Responsibility :

- To understand & learn the complete profile of SETARAM, Thermal Analysis & Calorimetry for business support from application and sales support point of view.

- Sales support for specification preparing and helping on technical compliance of tenders.

- Presentation with or without sales person to the customer/ End-User/prospective customers to close the sales lead.

- Arranging the Workshop, Seminar & Participation in Conference as per company requirement time to time for business development. Complete planning & execution need to take care by this profile.

- Sample analysis of prospective case and on chargeable basis need to perform with detailed report.

- Team Training (India and outside India) is also one of the responsibility of the profile.

- Customer Training - Hardware & Software for all product line as and when company requirement.

- Online application Support, webinar operation for online training/sharing also one of the need of profile.

- Interaction with the prospective customer's time to time for conclusion of the sales.

- Laboratory Setup as per the need and market scenario requirement.

- Application related, other responsibilities, if any need by company time to time.

Required Profile :

Should be open to travel. As travelling is main part of the profile so minimum 50% - 60% of time needs to be on travel on PAN India as well as outside India. Depends on requirement and project assigned by company time to time. This travel may be alone or with some sales/service/support depends on need.

Education :

- Ph.D./ M.Tech/M.Phil/M.Sc. in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Polymer Science/Material Science etc.

- Specialization may be : Thermal Analysis & Calorimetry or allied

Experience :

- 0-5 years for Application Engineer

- 5 years or above for Application Manager

Language : Good communication skills.
