IFCCI - Deputy Manager - Real Estate/Construction Sector (3-5 yrs)
Company Profile : The company is into corporate real estate, largely provides services to civil engineering and construction sectors.
Responsibility :
1. Commercial Support
- Attend Client meeting with al team at different stages of the offer in order to explain all technical choices and prices.
- Organize Technical due diligence on land (topography survey, soil & emvironment survey, etc.).
2. Design
- Understand & implement key principles of an optimized design for any logistics or industrial buildings.
- Co-ordinate and manage our design team & consultants
- Design master plan & general layout.
3. Pricing
- Price new projects using our internal tools.
- Prepare full technical proposal including BOQ, technic Specification, time schedule, drawings.
- Prepare tender documents for operations team.
4. Tools
- Update on a regular basis our tool s and price database (Unit rates)
- Get updates of local and national design & building codes.
Required Profile :
A person who is a team player, open minded, motivated and looking for challenge.
Education : Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years
Language :
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of French and Tamil is a plus.
