IFCCI - Special Process Engineer - Aeronautical Manufacturing Industry (3-5 yrs)
Mission :
- Special Process Engineer is the guarantor of all documents necessary to apply the special process under his responsibility for the manufacturing of parts.
- Special Process : Grinding, washing, FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant inspection), shot peening, sand blasting and plasma spray.
Description :
- For any creation or evolution of manufacturing routers, define, collect and approve the needed substantiation data.
- Realize, update & store Manufacturing routers.
- Establish and update the instruction sheets, the inspection plans, the tooling lists and all other documents necessary for special process operation on parts.
- Carry the specific process testing on parts, including programming of the equipment.
- Define the specific tooling needs, and conduct the tooling design & manufacturing.
- Support the production team for non-quality analysis, & part rework.
Experience :
- Engineering Masters with material background.
- Robot programming.
- Should have worked 3/5 years with some of the listed special process in aeronautical manufacturing industry.
- Should have worked in methods / Engineering department
Responsibilities :
- To understand the requirements of the process against the customer.
- To understand the standards of the process.
- To identify the areas for the improvement.
- To suggest the improvement for the productivity, Quality, Cost.
- To modify the relevant documents for the changes.
