Role Description:

As an Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the technical integration of our teleradiology platform with new partner labs, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

System Integration: Collaborate with partner labs to integrate their radiology systems with our teleradiology platform, facilitating smooth data transmission and workflow interoperability.

DICOM Configuration: Configure and optimize DICOM settings to guarantee compatibility and efficient transmission of medical images and associated data.

Interface Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HL7 interfaces for the seamless exchange of patient information and diagnostic orders between systems.

Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the integration process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and future optimizations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in DICOM and HL7 Standards: Demonstrated experience with DICOM and HL7 protocols, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot accordingly.

- Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages commonly used in healthcare integration, such as Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.

- Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful integrations.
