Import/Export Manager - Supply Chain/Order Management (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Responsible for imports & Domestic documentation checking (Training will be provided)
2. New supplier assessment for different process(Training will be provided for same)
3. Steel Mills knowledge, ordering management (total supply chain management)
4. Experience to make quotation and purchase order
5. Experience to make quotation and understanding structure of the quotation.
6. Good communication skills to interact with OEM- s, Vendors and other service providers
7. Good knowledge on commercials related to Sales, F&A.
8. Good exposure to ERP systems or other systems.
9. Exposure to Steel Supply Chain activities - Order Receipt, RM planning, Receipts, Planning, Process & Dispatch.
10. Fair knowledge on Inventory Management.
11. Material Control for Import
12. Knowledge of custom clearance activities / Import activities.
13. Knowledge of SAP or other system operations.
14. Preparation of material tracking sheets and Deadline meeting.
15. Material tracking follow up with suppliers for transit clarity
16. Knowledge of Incoterms
17. Quotation making for customers .
18. Knowledge of cost reduction / VAVE activities
