Inceptica - Executive Assistant To Founder (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Provide Decision Support to Founders
- Keep track of Strategic Compliance for the smooth running of products/Business across different business units and verticals
- Review of reports of various functions to provide feedback, suggestions, highlights and decision enablers to the Founders
- Complete pre-work for meetings and set agenda for interactions
- Follow up on leaders directive and ensure close-loop on action items
- Evolving the framework and design of presentations and other communication
- Managing calendars and appointments for the Founders
- Business Analysis and Problem Solving
- Identify market opportunities either based on stated customer needs or based on perceived market demand
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling based on information coming from various teams - Sales, Key Accounts or Client Servicing
- Drive feasibility studies of new ideas and projects
- Program / Project / Team / Release Management
- Work closely with business, operations, process, design, engineering, project management, marketing, and other key stakeholders to prioritize, develop and deliver products, in an agile environment
- Effort estimation, project planning, work allocation and tracking of the work
- Put comprehensive Governance structure in place, determine cadence and keep ensure that the progress of Product development is meeting all agreed timelines
- Manage product feedback, including enhancements and reported bugs
- Work with Development team to implement a product backlog
- Continue to assess market competitiveness of the product against changing competitive landscape as well as market expectations/ needs
- 3rd Party/Vendor Management
- Work closely with the Product delivery vendors to deliver the product against its roadmap
- Co-ordinate for mitigating issues and rolling out project plans smoothly
- Maintain a relationship with the existing vendors and source out / develop new vendors/suppliers
- Expansion of existing projects and execution of new projects
What we're looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Program / Project Management or/and Executive Support
- B.Tech in Computer Science + MBA (From Tier I B-School)
- Must have strong analytic skills and experience with metrics-driven decision making
- Proven ability to make smart trade-offs on time-to-market versus features
- The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Attributes needed to succeed in the role
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with market research, consumers- behaviour and marketing techniques
- Getting - it - done mindset, with a willingness to go the extra mile
