Incharge - Mechanical Maintenance (10-15 yrs)
Job description, ensuring clarity and accuracy:
- Preparing the PM Schedule & implement it as per plan . Responsible for Breakdown Maintenance, Condition Monitoring and Preventive Maintenance.
- Execution of Shift Maintenance
- Identification and availability of spares
- Adherence to Safety Rules & Practices
- To control & reduce cost of Operations
- Identification & implementation of Cost per MT
- Adherence to Statutory Compliances and maintain quality standards as per TS16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
- Reviewing and arranging the Material through SAP PM and MM Module.
- Processing the Maintenance orders for Maintenance work.
- Plant Inventory & 5S
- Eliminate unsafe conditions & practices
- Must have mechanical maintenance experience steel service centre
- Must have EOT crane maintenance experience
- Must have sufficient pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
- Key responsibilities and tasks associated with the position.
- Will working & Manage the shift and handle the manpower.
- Deployment of available manpower on various Repair Maintenance Actions & Hydraulic Systems
- Will Understand the Mechanical department requirement and will complete the task within the stimulated timeline.
