Incharge - Quality Control - Home Furnishings Industry (4-7 yrs)
Job description
Position: Quality Incharge (Home Furnishings) - Kalyan
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Check the cutting, sewing, and finishing of the product and report to the factory manager for any issues.
2. Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
3. Check the final product as per buyer's requirement & follow the quality standard as determined.
4. Performing routine inspections and quality tests for the final product.
5. Audit of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to buyer.
6. Responsible for analysis of the quality reports and prepare the improvement plan.
7. Ensuring the right quality of the outward product by conducting quality audits in manufacturing process
Qualification:
1. Any First Class Graduate/ Diploma from Textile with minimum 5+ years of experience in Home Furnishings Industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Should have sound knowledge of various products in Home Textiles.
4. Should have an expertise and knowledge of Quality Parameters.
5. Should have a proven track record in developing technical standards, solving quality issues and getting better quality.
