Incor - Site Architect (5-7 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Reviewing all the Design Plans during the conceptual stage of the Project and to make sure they are in line with the Business requirement.
- Prepare feasibility studies and preliminary drawings for new projects.
- Ensuring all the Designs are as per Industry standards and Government Regulations.
- Interacting with the laisoning team and making sure that the drawings are submitted as required by the approval authorities.
- Delivery of GFC drawings from the design consultants for all the Projects.
- For doing a Preliminary check on the GFC drawings released by the AR, ST and MEPF Consultants to make sure that there are no co-ordination errors.
- Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
- Training and supervising junior Architects
- Should have knowledge of National building code as well as ISI codes
- Should be able to work out and cross check quantities from Quantity Survey our as well as from site and the architects.
- Should have knowledge of latest specifications for different types of buildings finishing products.
- Should be able to study the working drawings of the project architects visualize the same ( get them corrected if ambiguity exists) and then forward the same to site for execution so that the sites have minimum confusion during construction.
- Attended the site meetings of architects and other consultants and contractors to solve the problems of coordinated drawings between different consultants if they are not in a position to solve. While doing so keeping in mind the different contract conditions that every party operates in.
