Job Description :
- The incumbent is responsible for keeping track of physical and financial progress of projects in the construction / Major maintenance stage in close co-ordination with project offices / sites w.r.t planned and achieved parameters
- The position shall be responsible to highlight the various progress related issues in the site and raise red flags at the earliest possibility of occurrence of the event.
- He/She shall prepare a baseline resource based schedule for each projects in consultation with implementation head which will serve as the reference point for progress review
- The position shall be responsible for presenting the periodic projects progress to management team at HQ level and shall highlight the various risks and impacts and suggestions for mitigation.
- He/She will assess the cost and time implications of various decisions related to progress such as COS, deviations and delays in land handing over.
- He/She shall be responsible for updating the Project Monitoring Software (PMS) and shall play a key role in its maintenance and improvement
Technical Skills
1. Working knowledge in MCA and legal implications
2. Site experience in Roads and Bridges Sector
3. In-depth knowledge in project monitoring software such as MS projects, Primavera, TILOS.
4. High proficiency in resource based programming.
Experience levels required to execute this role
E.g. 2-4 years of experience as a salesman in abc market

Qualification : Graduate in Civil Engineering . A Post graduate qualification in either in Civil Engineering subjects or Management is an added advantage.
