Position/Designation : Manager - Leasing Support (Systems)

Function/Reports to Vice President - Leasing Support (Techno & Commercial)

Location : Mumbai

Experience (In yrs) : 5-7 Yrs.

Specific Experience (Industry, Company, Function etc.) :

- Exposure to real estate industry, infrastructure / industrial preferred

- Experience in dealing with enterprise resource planning software and customer management software preferably for real estate industry.

Qualification : Graduate

Technical Qualification : Practical Knowledge of ERP is Must

Skills :


1. Proficient in English language

2. Strong analytical abilities

3. Excellent Microsoft Office skills

4. Problem solving and trouble shooting skills

Job Responsibilities :


Core Responsibilities :

- Overall in charge of the systems(front end) relating to the leasing function in the company

- Tracking approved pre-deal sheets for term sheet creation, tracking critical dates for invoicing, tracking proper collection and accounting of security deposits.

- Coordination with departments like finance and accounts for ensuring accuracy in reported numbers.

- Being point of coordination for leasing team from systems perspective - like internal audit, MIS generation and improvisation etc.

- Being point of coordination with external vendors like software developers for system enhancements and improvements as per business needs.

- Developing system oriented processes for leasing department for critical events like lease renewals, lock-in expiries etc.
