Industrial Engineer - Assembly (3-5 yrs)
1. Diploma/B E in Mechanical /Industrial Production/Automobile.
2. Minimum years 3 ~4 of industrial experience in creating assembly work instruction / Technical illustration.
3. Good manufacturing & assembly knowledge to explain the component assembly procedure.
4. Basic knowledge of Ergonomic tools used at assembly floor and also the safety measures & precautions to be used.
5. Basic knowledge on Poke-Yoke(Mistake or Error Proofing) method.
6. Basic knowledge on wire Harness & Schematic to create OMS related to cables, routing etc.
7. Working knowledge of Unigraphics, Teamcenter, Pro-E, Creo etc. At least any one of the CAD & PLM software.
8. Good communication and presentation skill.
9. Minium 1~2 Shop floor experience.
Good knowledge on usage of special tools, jigs and fixtures.
