Industrial Engineer - Factory Management (5-8 yrs)
We have an opening with our Client - A Leading Garments Manufacturing Company looking out for a Industrial Engineer @ Perundurai near erode
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible and Accountable for the activities of the Factory from Cut-to-Shipment along with factory
- Discuss with Floor heads and others concerned and prepare Production schedule.
- Trouble shooting and production support.
- Responsible for daily factory IE, Planning activities and to support against all technical requirement
- Heading the IE department for advancement of productivity and follow up of the multi skill matrix of the operators and update weekly basis
- Create and Implement Efficiency Enhancements
- Promote cross team-working for the strategy, Planning and Implementation team- day to day workflow management.
- Responsible for R&D activities during size set stage for friendly production
