Responsibilities:
Process Optimization:
- Define the process standards of Process flow chart, PFMEA and control plan and Standard operating procedures/work instructions
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Conduct time and motion studies to standardize processes and set benchmarks.

- Identify and resolve issues affecting product quality or process performance.
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to enhance quality and efficiency."
"Material Flow and Layout Design:
- Design and optimize plant layouts to enhance material flow and minimize production delays.
- Ensure ergonomic and safe workspace designs for employees."
"Cost Reduction:
- Evaluate production costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
- Conduct feasibility studies for process improvement projects and justify cost-benefit analyses."
"Technology Integration:
- Research and recommend new technologies or tools to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure manufacturability of new product designs"
"Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards."

- Work with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality, and procurement teams, to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process improvements, efficiency metrics, and project outcomes."
1) Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fiel
2) Experience Requirement:
- 8- 10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering, preferably in material handling equipment manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
3)Skill Requirement:
- Process analysis and optimization
- Knowledge of material handling systems and equipment
- Data analysis and statistical tools
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
"4) Work Environment:
- The Industrial Engineer will work in a manufacturing environment, with occasional visits to client sites or supplier facilities.
- The role may require standing for extended periods when on the shop floor.
