Industrialization Engineer - Auto Component Manufacturing Firm (5-10 yrs)
Hiring for Leading Auto Component Manufacturing Company
Responsibility :
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to automotive casting processes Preparation of Aluminum foundry (GDC, LPDC, HPDC, CPC) & Machining equipment specification in line with process engineer inputs
- Preparation of plant layouts (casting + Machining) in alignment with process engineers, internal customers, and approval of same
- Establishment of manufacturing engineering systems (Layout Management, Capacity Planning, Process Document
control)
- Managing techno-commercial activities relating to contracts and procurement along with purchase department
- CAPEX Negotiation: Utilize your expertise to negotiate and procure the necessary equipment for casting operations, including Casting Benches, Core Shooters, Utilities, and Layout, while optimizing costs and maintaining high quality
- Layout & Capacity Management: Manage the overall plant layout and equipment capacity in collaboration with process engineers
- Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Required Skills :
- Having working experience in Project Management within the Automotive Casting Industry
- Experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GDC/LPDC foundry equipment, CNC machine
- Knowledge of Electrical concepts, Hydraulics, PLC program added advantage
- Knowledge of auto component manufacturing industry
- With preferably knowledge of Excel, Autocad / Solidegde
