JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position Title: (L2) Senior Engineer - System Uptime (Contract Position)

Duties Include:

- Monitor the system uptime of deployed IIOT solution via the dashboard and other available platforms.

- Analyse the IIOT sensor disconnection issues and resolve them with close coordination with the cross-functional team to achieve the system uptime per SLA.

- Assign the task to the field support team to resolve the issues on the client site.

- Validation of newly deployed IIOT solution to ensure the desired system uptime.

- Analyse the recurring issues and work to identify a permanent & scalable solution.

- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the platform and future products.

- Participate in user acceptance testing efforts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience with any monitoring tool

- Associate's degree or Diploma in automation, electrical engineering, or a related field

- Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to quickly resolve problems.

- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
