DESCRIPTION :
- Must have expertise in 48V battery pack design and development
- Expertise in technical evaluation of cells/ battery pack/ BMS required
- Must have knowledge on verification and validation required for battery pack/ BMS
- Must have thorough knowledge of safety and functional requirements for battery pack
- Must have experience in cell arrangement/ module arrangement for battery pack
- Must have knowledge in mechanical design requirements. Experience in battery enclosure design is added advantage.
- Hands on experience required in battery pack validation
- Experience in requirement definition and DCP for battery pack is required
- Should have worked on one complete lifecycle of battery pack development
- Must have knowledge of battery pack standards/ homologation requirements
- Must understand drive cycles for India region for 2 wheelers
- Must know India region use cases for battery pack development. He/ She should be able to derive such use cases for battery pack design
- Should have strong electronics background
- Should know network/ Cloud communication protocols used for battery pack
- Should be able to review hardware design - circuit/ PCB
- Should be able to design/ validate battery charge controller
- Should have exp in embedded hardware design
- Should be able to select electronics components - fuses/ resistors/ MOSFETs/ relays etc
- Should have understanding of battery integration requirement with 2 wheelers/ 3 wheelers
- Should have exp in LFP/ NMC cell chemistry battery
- Should have worked on GSM/ eSIM/ GPS/ telematics features - hardware integration
- Should have knowledge of EMI/EMC design requirements
- Should understand thermal requirements for battery pack
