Infrastructure Planning Leader (15-30 yrs)
Hiring for an Infrastructure Planning Leader
Your role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of water-related infrastructure, including pipelines, treatment facilities, and distribution systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of water infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and environmental experts to create effective and sustainable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Engage with stakeholders, including governmental agencies, community groups, and contractors, to ensure project success and community support.
- Analyze data and trends to inform planning decisions and optimize infrastructure performance.
- Oversee risk management and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in water infrastructure planning and project management.
- Strong understanding of water regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience - At least 15 years of experience in Urban planning/infrastructure planning role
- Required experience in water supply schemes/drainage/sewerage/solid waste/water related projects
