Job Responsibility :

- To carry out process engineering activities in Relief System Engineering group.

- To carry out activities like Relief system design, revalidation, column relief simulations and heat exchanger rating for relief scenarios, etc.

- Pressure drop calculation for control valves & safety valves, pump hydraulics, PSV sizing calculation, Line sizing calculation.

- Conducting Equipment Wise risk/safety analysis as per API 520 / 521

- Process simulation study using Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Plus.

- Study of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Plot plans etc.

- Technical know-how for various process equipment such as distillation columns, pressure vessels, storage tanks, pumps, compressors etc.
