Role & Responsibilities:

- Ability to exercise independent & proactive decision-making, working in a manner that displays a highly adaptable work style, & especially open in expecting, accepting & implementing feedback and direction.

- Market & Competitive Intelligence analysis and understanding trends for making business decisions.

- Identified growth opportunities, analysis of the potential of the existing portfolio and propose new opportunities for growth through realizing untapped spaces.

- Formulation and implementation of the organizational strategy and strategic initiatives.

- Making effective business presentations in a very short time frame.

- Managing documentation for the CPO (Chief Product Officer), ensuring that agendas and papers required for meetings are prepared in advance and properly filed afterward.

- Good at Stakeholder management and building effective relationships with other senior executives

Skills required:

- Excellent in presentations making skills

- Proven experience as an executive assistant

- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite.

- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
