Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Erection Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising, managing, and executing the erection and installation of mechanical and structural components at project sites. The role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution: Plan and manage the erection activities as per project specifications and timelines.

- Site Supervision: Supervise on-site erection activities, including installation of mechanical and structural components such as steel structures, piping, equipment, and machinery.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all erection and installation work complies with the required quality standards and safety regulations.

- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to the erection team, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently.

- Safety Compliance: Implement and adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines at the site.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of erection activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and any issues encountered.

- Inspection and Testing: Assist in the inspection and testing of installed components to ensure alignment, integrity, and operational readiness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in Precast, erection, installation.

- Strong knowledge of erection procedures, standards, and safety regulations.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and erection plans.

- Familiarity with site management software and tools.

Skills:

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Good communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Experience: Experience in Precast, Construction.
