- Electrical Drawing/ PLC Drive software / SMP and calibration procedure management

- Driving reliability centered maintenance in electrical and instrumentation deptt.

- Preventive maintenance Scheduling in execution in SAP

- Basic Utility knowledge -Chiller and air compressor

Skills :-

- Good Troubleshooting skills on field instrumentation and automation technology .

- PLC _siemens /Allen Bradley /Simotion- Having Good knowledge of PLC program editing troubleshooting .

- VFD- Rockwell/Siemens/ ABB/ Mitsubishi

- RTD/TC/ SSR/Temperature, pressure, level Transmitter/ PID / Controls/Hydraulics/

- Servo motor and Servo drives - Trouble shooting, Startup and commissioning of VFD Drive

- Calibration -Controllers /Load cells /Extrusion/printing process knowledge is preferred

- Profinet/Ethernet /Remote IO configuration/SCADA / HMI - Panel view and IPC screens-

- Vacuum loading and Blending system.

- LT/HT breaker basic knowledge

- Good Computer skills /Excel /Power point /

- Knowledge of root cause analysis tools and other TPM tools

- Analytical and technical skills
