Roles and responsibilities :
- Maintenance, Calibration & Troubleshooting of various field equipment's i.e. all type of flow meters, valves, level transmitters, load cells, networking and communication, DCS panels.
1) Preparation of Shift Report
2) 5S of the Lab & Shopfloor
3) Troubleshooting & Breakdown Maintenance
4) Corrective, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance with reports/record
5) Calibration as per defined schedule & Record preparation
6) Field Instrument Parameterization
7) Installation, Cabling, Ferruling, Luging & Termination for new addition/modification
8) Earth pit maintenance
9) Assistance for AMC work with Vendor
10) Communication Protocols, Profibus/Profinet/Ethernet Connection & termination
11) Arresting air leakages in instrument, pig lines, packing machines.
