Insulation Supervisor - Mechanical (7-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Directly supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers.
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
- Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements and to plan procedures. Assign work to employees, based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs.
- Confer with managerial or technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities.
- Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
- Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities.
- Qual: Diploma (Mechanical)
- Minimum 6 + years of Experience in Insulation Works / Hot & Cold Insulation for Equipments & Pipings
