Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.

- Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables

- Responsible for continuously editing and revising content to ensure users have the best possible experience with a changing product.

Required Traits:

- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.

- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.

- Track record of effective collaboration with inter-disciplinary teams.

Required:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field with a focus on English, writing, or communications.

- Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.

- Familiarity with the latest software and hardware documentation trends, tools, platforms (e.g. CMS) and standards.

Big Plus:

- Experience working in a technology company, preferably in the Manufacturing sector or related to 3D, CAD software applications.

- Familiarity with 3D Printing in General and Metal 3D Printing in particular.
