Design Engineer for IBMS
Job Description / Responsibilities :
Project Design, Site survey, client interaction, vendor / technical submittal review. Review building service drawings, incorporate automation and energy saving techniques.
- Able to generate schematics and BOQ.
- Self-starter to adapt latest technology and trends.
Desired profile of the candidate :
- 1-5 year of Experience in any relevant sectors. IBMS/ ELV systems understanding & ability to develop design as per project requirements.
- Knowledge of relevant building standards - NBC 2016, ASHRAE and ISO. Passion to work in knowledge based sector.
Good to have :
- Working knowledge of Revit will be added advantage
- IoT or Cloud Technology
- ELV/Security/lighting/life safety services
