Role : Interior Designer

Holds design expertise in :

- Ability to work independently and lead the project from scratch - individual contribution role.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives

- Develop innovative and functional design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.

- Coordinating with the execution team from the start of the of the project is complete and executed at the site.

- Handling client and vendors meetings related to the projects that you are working.

- Conceptual design (layout, style, mood board)

- Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)

- Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)

- Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)

- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies

- Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Holds project expertise in :

- Coordinating with internal & external agencies

- Creating BOQ for customers

- Conduct on-site Visit and execution

- Work on development of a 2D plan, elevation, and details

- Make a 3D render and client interaction

- On-site project execution experience is a must

- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces

- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations

- Excellent portfolio of previous work

Desired Profile :

- Minimum Experience 10 years as an Interior Designer

- Led and delivered more than 30 Residential / Commercial/ Industrials projects

- Holds excellent knowledge of design tools: PPT presentation, AutoCAD

- 3ds Max AutoCAD Google SketchUp

- Learn AutoCAD

- Learn Revit

- Learn AutoCAD 3D
