Interior Designer - Architectural Drawing (1-10 yrs)
Job Summary We are looking for Interior Designers, from 1+ years of experience for Residential Designing, for a reputed Interior Design company in Bangalore.
Responsibilities and Duties :
JUNIOR DESIGNER :
- Assist senior designer in all design drawings (proposal, design drawings, GFC)
- Provide design assistance to TLs, DMs, DPs as and when required
- Any other task that may be assigned to you by your SD or TL
SENIOR DESIGNER :
- Manage client requirements and issues throughout project duration
- Ensure all requirements are captured in all drawings and other deliverables
- On-time delivery of all designs, drawings, deliverables etc
- Attend lead meetings and present proposals
TEAM LEAD :
- Ensure timely delivery of team projects
- Ensure client satisfaction for all team projects
- Assign team projects to suitable designers (junior+senior)
- Ensure team members are sufficiently equipped for all design projects with regular updates to respective DMs
- Manage team dynamics
- Maintain team attrition below 10% (industry average, or historical %)
- Manage sales targets monthly/quarterly
- Review Designs and ensure all designs are as per DC guidelines
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Degree in Interior Design /Diploma in Interior design + minimum 2 years exp
- B. Arch (optional/preferred)
- Interior Designing
- Experience in Modular furniture design
- Preferably experience in project execution
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Interior Design - Residential is a plus
- Architecture
