- Demonstrate skills of leading a team of about 10-20 people.

- A significant body of Built work. Capabilities of being a sound lead concept designer who is able to take a project through inception till implementation.

- Client, Consultant, Vendor and stakeholder management skills.

- Should possess Business Development, project administration and client liaison skills.

- Must be a team player and possess good time management skills to meet multiple

- Require hands on expertise in designing High-end Residential & Commercial Projects,

Professional responsibilities include :

- Design Development, Cost analyzing, VFCs, shop drawings, reviewing of concept drawings, project submittals etc- for document compliance; documenting code review and compliance; communicating and coordinating with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily business operations.

- Working in align with Budget / estimation team and keeping the project costs at minimum.

- Preparation of design brief and manage timely deliverables to project management / execution team.

- Material, Fabrics, Furnishings & Accessories selections - as per FF&E and Budgets.

- Developing & checking the accuracy of drawings at all different stages of packages to be delivered for execution.

- Execution of Interior Project sites and coordination for implementation of design details and quality checks.

- Close monitoring and analyzing the work progress to achieve the timelines

- Fabricate rough sketches for each project and present the same for approvals at various levels

- Procure material needed and hire required services/agencies/consultants based on project

- Meet with clients, determine their preferences and develop a budgeted work plan for the ongoing projects

- Collaborate with architects and contractors during construction regarding special considerations based on the approved plan

- Determined functional requirements of the clients and planned the space accordingly
