Job Description :

Role :

- End to end order life cycle management by carrying out all the activities allocated with 100% process compliance, within agreed timelines and budget, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for carrying out allocated Global Supply Chain activities within time and budget.

- Responsible for updating Global Supply Chain Tools and System on real time basis.

- Be proficient in the various supply chain tools and systems.

- Responsible for managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders by educating them about Global Supply Chain processes.

- Responsible for monitoring, tracking and achieving objectives set for specified period.

- Get acquainted with improvement tools including lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.

- Responsible for looking after deliveries for customer based in Western European region.

- Responsible for raising purchase requisition/purchase orders.

- Keeping a track of customer deliveries and co-ordinating with various suppliers to ensure on time delivery.

- Co-ordinating with local warehouse team to ensure timely installation of equipment at customer site.

- Co-ordinating with project management team for bulk orders to ensure on time delivery and equipment installation at customer site.

Salary:INR 2,75,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. Depending Upon Currrent Salary, Experience & Designation

Desired Candidate Profile :

Any Graduate :

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Global Supply Chain is must. Excellent Communication Skill. Experience in Service Industry, Telecom, IT will be preferable. Flexible to work in Rotational shifts.

- Strong on hands experience in MS Excel (Excel - V look up, Pivot table, H look up) is must.

- Experience in MS Access is preferable.

- Experience in Logistic/Purchases, Creating simple macro will be an added advantage. Fresher Also can apply but should have good communication skills.
