Qualification: BE/ Any Equivalent Graduate

Key Skills: CCNA certification

Knowledge of Hardware / Software Installation, Networking Products, IP Addressing.

Knowledge of ICT solutions like CCTV, IP Telecom, AV Solutions

Knowledge of PC / cloud Server / cloud Storage devices configuration, remote host connectivity

Upto date Knowledge of the latest IT and Software Trends

Ability to work under Critical time

Strong Communication Skills

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1 Manage & Monitor Surger's computer systems, including software, hardware and networks.

2 Installation of MS office, User id creation for ERP and ERP software installation, Anti-virus installation, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Win RAR app installation and any other applications needed for user specific to be installed

3 Create new hard disk partitions and user defined separate document folder under the username - xxxxx document- in specified drive to store all the documents. Create file path/location in MS office applications to save all documents in that file user document folder

4 Support all employees on any issues pertaining to their laptops as and when the issues are brought to notice, it can be hardware or software issue

5 Update HR team on the status of these service calls and define timelines for completion of task. Same need to be updated in ERP

6 Take data backup of employees who exit the organization and format their laptops so that it is ready for another new/existing user to use

7 Have data of all IT equipment of Resurgent office (all branches) for Make / Model / Serial# / MAC id / Warranty status etc. and share it with HR team. Same details need to be updated in ERP

8 Configuration of new laptops and old laptops (given to new employees or users)

9 To research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner
