Junior Architect/Architect - Retail (2-4 yrs)
1. Creating plans, blueprints, and models.
2. Reviewing and evaluating blueprints and designs.
3. Identifying and fixing issues in designs.
4. Designing systems like heating, ventilation, lighting, and air conditioning.
5. Making recommendations to improve efficiency.
6. Analyzing structures to ensure buildings can endure their intended use and environmental conditions.
7. Understanding and complying with regulations and building codes.
8. Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Key Requirements:
- 2- 3 years of experience in designing retail outlets.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and modelling.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
