Junior Engineer/Engineer/Senior Engineer - Engine Assembly (3-6 yrs)
Production - Supervisor/ Line In-charge for engine assembly
- Junior Engineer/Engineer
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial engineering/ Automobile engineering
1. Manpower Handling and deployment according to their skill set
2. Training people for use of Machines, equipment and process knowledge
3. Identifying areas of quality improvement and taking steps to correct & prevent the occurrence
4. Mapping and conceiving various aspects required such as material movement, ergonomics, optimum space utilization, poka yoke (fool proofing methods)
5. Good Understanding of different engine testing process ( leak Test, Cold Test, Hot Test) and testing facility
6. Daily work allocation to operators as per skill matrix & TACT time
7. Effective Manpower handling through control of absenteeism & grievances"
8. Plan and execute FMEA (Failure mode effect analysis) to minimize quality defects and ensure do it right the first time approach
9. Assisting production line in-charge in various activities in shifts as a team member
1. Domain knowledge of assembly & engine testing processes
2. Knowledge of process quality control parameters, techniques and troubleshooting
3. Hands on experience on equipment / plant set-up related to assembly shop for 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler
4. Diversified manufacturing experience in high volume production with an extensive background in manufacturing and industrial engineering
5. Knowledge of ISO9001:2015,ISO14001,TPM, MOST, 5S, Line balancing
6. New product production & development of customer centric quality systems and processes
- Should be 1st division throughout from 10th to higher education.
- Average exp per company should be 2 yrs atleast.
