Role : Mechanical Design Engineer
Location : Peelamedu, Coimbatore

Skills Required :
- 2+ years of relevant experience in NPD.
- Sound knowledge in Solid works / AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience in drafting, detailing, modelling, surfacing and concept designing.
- Specializing in all type of Metal.
- Specialized in all the fabrication technologies like cutting, forming, punching, stamping, shearing & welding.
- Knowledge in material selection.
- Knowledge in electromechanical system.
- Cost Reduction in Product & Tooling.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Designing - sheet metal, Plastics, Mould
- Generate detailed drawings for parts and assembly with suitable GD&T.
- Responsible for planning, Designing and developing new prototypes
- Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects
- Prepare bill of materials (BOM) for the projects
- Analyze new components, materials and technologies to make better product with minimal cost
- Review prototypes, perform test and finalize product design to facilitate mass production
- Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce cost
- Preparation, review and control of internal technical documents
- Coordinating with planning department manufacturing dept along with Quality dept.
