JOB PURPOSE: (Role Summary)

Ensure proper material movement & documentation of Sub-Contract items

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education : DME

Experience :(No. of yrs) 5-6 yrs

Specific Industry Experience: Engineering Industry

Other Requirements (Certifications and so forth) :

Knowledge of QMS / EMS / OHSAS

SAP - MM Module

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- Handling dispatch and receipt of Sub-contract material

- Tracks Material Movement - to and from Sub-contractors

- Work out material requirement and issue the material from Store

- Identify and locate the material. Maintain 5 S in Subcontract Shop area

- Preparation of Material issue note in SAP for Labor job

- Preparation of 4{5(a)} delivery challan in SAP for Labor charge job.

- Arrange Transportation and loading of material. Maintain transportation records. Control related costs.

- Maintain 4(5A) challan related paperwork.

- Maintain excise register.

- Inventory and material reconciliation.

- Co-ordination with other functions.

- Ensure compliance to ISO and OHSAS procedures.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: SAP related common activities and report generation

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS: INTERNAL
