Junior Landscape Architect/Designer (2-4 yrs)

A) Design and Build
1)Make client contact working from assigned prospect lead sheets. Call prospects to determine interest, provide general information and setup appointments.
2) Determine customer needs and document the initial design brief.
3) Inspect the site, review customer ideas, discuss budget considerations and define design objective.
4) Provide accurate quantity take off to the estimator & present/discuss the budget with the client.
5) Present and explain proposal to the client. Close design sales and collect the down payment.
6) Book the job with the contract administrator and schedule the design job on the schedule board.
6) Responsible for the design & build sales process. Train team members & ensure compliance.
7) Develop proposed designs. Use information concerning customer needs, product availability, suitability and design principles to create marketable designs and complete scale drawings.
8) Develop cost estimates using price list provided by estimator/Garden Center.
9) Review design and estimate with customer.
10) Modify plans as appropriate to meet customer price and finalize sales agreement.
B) Execution of Design in the Site
1) Leads the design team, horticulture, irrigation etc. to achieve the set design objective.
2) Meet with landscape foreman to review designs on projects for installation.
3) Oversee technical design assignments & their delivery.
